Senior Practice Accountant (ACA / ACCA)
Fully Remote £52,000 to £60,000
We’re looking for an experienced practice accountant to join our friendly and established team.
This is a genuinely fully remote role with no routine office attendance required. You’ll work directly with clients across the UK, helping charities, social enterprises, CICs and purpose-driven businesses achieve well-managed finances and sustainable growth.

The role
You will manage client relationships and deliver a range of accounting, taxation and advisory services.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Statutory accounts preparation and review
- Corporation tax and self-assessment tax returns
- Management accounts
- VAT returns
- Client meetings and advisory discussions
- Identifying tax-planning opportunities
- Supporting clients with accounting and business queries
- Managing jobs to agreed budgets and deadlines
This is a client-facing role and would suit somebody who enjoys taking ownership of work and building strong client relationships.
About you
Essential
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Strong recent UK accountancy practice experience
- Experience preparing statutory accounts and tax returns
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Experience using cloud accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks
- Ability to work effectively within a fully remote team
Desirable
- Experience with charities, CICs or social enterprises
- Experience reviewing work prepared by others
- Interest in sustainability, social impact or ethical business
